cancellation policy
Please note that the following cancellation fee will be charged if canceled due to customer's convenience.
・Reservation ~ 2 days before: Free
・ Cancellation the day before (until 15:00): 25%
・Cancellation from the day before (15:00) to the day (up to 2 hours before the start): 50%
・ On the day (2 hours before the start) or cancellation without notice: 100%
*In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us by phone.
*If you will be more than 10 minutes late from the start time of the day, please be sure to contact us by phone.
If there is no contact and more than 15 minutes have passed, it will be treated as cancellation without notice.
*If you arrive after the start time, the service time may be shortened.
About departure suspension
Departure may be canceled due to sea or weather conditions. We will contact you the day before or on the same day.
Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses.
If the weather suddenly changes after departure and it is determined that safe navigation is not possible, we may return to the port earlier than the scheduled time.
